Female Speaking Berlin

Female Speaking Berlin

Female Speaking Berlin is Esther de Bruijn and Dyane Neiman, two theatre-trained founders who teach women and FLINTA people to speak up, take up space, and communicate with real presence. They work with individuals and with companies across Berlin's tech and corporate world.

They came to me with a site they had built themselves a while back. It worked, but it no longer sounded like who they had become. They wanted three things: a site that felt authentically theirs, a site that converts, and a site that could be found in both Google and AI search. On a growth-stage budget, and without losing the search ranking they had already earned.

Female Speaking Berlin

The starting point was a premium Webflow template, chosen to fit their structure rather than fight it. From there I rebuilt it into something unrecognisable: their colours, their voice, their world.

The site runs on six core pages plus a full CMS. Workshops for companies, multi-session Programs, 1:1 Coaching, an About page that ties the founders to their story, and Contact. I added a dedicated page for EMBody, their open cohort program, so it could stand on its own and still connect to everything around it.

The CMS lets them run the site themselves after handover: Blog, an Upcoming section for events and workshops, and Testimonials, all editable without touching a line of code. I set the events to sort automatically by date, so what is next always shows first.

The part that mattered most to them was being found, so this is where most of the invisible work went.

Every page was built with clean structure, descriptive headings, and meta content written to match how their audience actually searches. FAQ sections are phrased as real questions people ask, which is what helps a site surface in AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. I added schema markup so search engines and AI can read exactly what the business is, who runs it, and where.

Because they already ranked well, the domain migration had to protect that. I moved them to the new Webflow site and set 301 redirects on their existing URLs, so their search ranking and past links carried over instead of disappearing. Their email kept running untouched throughout. On the blog, I kept each headline human and emotional in their voice, while loading the meta and structure with the keywords that bring the right people in. Both, never one at the cost of the other.

The site went live in July 2026, sounding like them and ready to be found.

The best part of this project was working with two women who teach presence for a living. They know the difference between polished and real, and they never wanted a site that just looked impressive. They wanted one that told the truth about who they are. That is the whole job: cut the noise so the real thing shows.

Their content, their voice, their world. I built the structure that lets it breathe.
