Infuse Journeys

Anna Wright runs Infuse Journeys, leadership and talent development for global tech scale-ups. She charges premium fees for her work, but her website had not kept up. Her DIY Squarespace site had expired, and even before that it did not reflect the level she was operating at. She is brilliant at what she does and had zero desire to wrestle with tech to prove it.

The brief was simple to say and harder to do: a site that matches who she has become, converts the warm leads who already trust her, and takes the whole tech burden off her plate.

Infuse Journeys

From template to something unmistakably hers

I started from a premium Webflow template and rebuilt it into a site nobody would recognise as one: homepage, services, about, a portfolio with a case-study CMS, and a contact flow. Every page was mapped section by section first, so Anna could see and shape the copy instead of staring at a blank page.

The copy is written as a strategist, not a filler. First person, specific, outcome-led. It speaks to the tired People and L&D leaders Anna actually sells to, not to everyone at once.

Infuse Journeys

Built to be found, and to protect her time

I built SEO and AEO foundations into every page: clean structure, meta, schema, entity signals, and FAQs written the way real buyers ask them. Anna told me she did not care about search. I built it anyway, because it costs her nothing and it is how the right people find her, on Google and in AI search.

The contact flow was designed to protect her time. Anna kept getting cold sales pitches booking her calendar, so I built a form-first funnel that filters those out before they reach her, with direct booking reserved for her warmest visitors.

Then the unglamorous but critical parts: migrating her domain from Squarespace to Webflow without breaking her business email, and generating a GDPR-compliant privacy policy for her Dutch business.

Infuse Journeys

The result

A calm, premium site that finally matches Anna's level, live at infusejourneys.com. The tech is off her plate, and the site is built to grow: case studies and testimonials slot in as they come.

In her world, a website is not a discovery tool, it is a trust instrument. Her clients arrive half-sold through referral, and the site's only job is to not lose the sale. That is what we built. Anna has already introduced me to three other founders in her network.
